WAKO INDIA Ranking Regulations:

Basics

Only official Championships / Tournaments of WAKO India, which are also carried out with the Sportdata/RSports ID system, appear in the ranking
ONLY the official classes appear in the ranking, according to the rules of WAKO India.
Open World Cup/Tournaments and Indian Open results are taken into account, These are then released by the administrator.
Ranking points are always rounded up, to a maximum of 3 decimals numbers.
Ranking expiry: Ranking Decay (4 year cycle) Each Year (from the day the competitor received the ranking points of an event) on a rolling basis for a period of 48 months.
Ranking lists are only created for categories with at least 2 participants.
Ranking points will be applied only to events that use the Official WAKO scoring system (Sportdata).
An event may also be removed from the ranking status with executive committee decision if none of the WAKO India level requirements are met.

Ranking Rating
Based on the following facts:

• Number of participants (total)
• Number of competitors outside the host country
• Number of continental/world judges

Ranking Points - Base Values

• 1st place: 70 points
• 2nd place: 50 points
• 3rd/4th place: 30 points
• 5th/6th place: 25 points
• Battles won: 8 points (each battle won)
• Participation: 4th Points

Leaderboard Points Multiplier (Event Factor)
The base points are multiplied by the event factor to get the final ranking points.

• 5 WAKO India Zonal / OPEN National Recognized Tournament/Cup
• 10 WAKO India National Championships – Official Events
• 15 Indian Open Tournament
• 20 WAKO World Cups and selected Open International events
• 25 WAKO World and Asian Championships / World Games / Combat Games
• 35 Olympic Games
